Had a very strange interaction with the Pharmacy Tech Melissa. Called to get MY prescriptions filled and was treated as if I wasnt myself because I didnt have my prescription numbers on me. Im at work currently and called on my lunch so I dont have my bottles with me. I was asked for my name date of birth which I gave then was asked what she could do for me. My mother had an upsetting interaction with a pharmacy staff. She is elderly in her seventies and her memory isn't as good as before. She went to pick up medicine for my dad but when it was her turn at the counter she realized she forgot her ID in the car. When she returned she went directly to the counter thinking that it was still her turn to be helped.
