I received a text to approve my script for insulin, but when I approved it, the text then said I had to call. So I called, got stuck in their automated system, approved it and they gave me a estimated ready date of 6 days, which seemed excessive. I stopped by today to ask why it was taking so long to fill a prescription for insulin and they said they were waiting for an order of insulin to come in.
