Pretty great Pharmacy unless you get Shirlene on the window. She always has an attitude which is very unprofessional. She makes it feel like you're being an inconvenience to her whenever she has to do her job. Everyone else is very pleasant but when I see her at the window it makes me want to drive away because I know it will be a disappointing situation.
You've probably heard of insurance companies getting between the patient and their doctor. Here's a new wrinkle, for me at least- a PHARMACIST playing "gatekeeper" and getting between me and my physician. This pharmacy refused to fill a prescription I've had filled at my old pharmacy for 20 years. They wanted to call the physician first.
