Normally don't have a problem here except the hours aren't great for my schedule but this week is something else. Stay up after working graveyard to pick up my RX at 9am when they open. Have to shop a bit to waste time. In line at 9...930 rolls around, no pharmacist. No biggie stuff happens I'll come back another day. Monday life is on repeat work, shop to waste time, in line at pharmacy. No Pharmacist! They are on vacation apparently...with no coverage?!? Who manages this thing? Not happening a third time. In this Walmart Pharmacy there are two standout team members, Edith and Dillan. Edith is consistently helpful and friendly, always bringing a positive attitude that brightens the experience. Dillan is equally impressive, providing great service with a welcoming demeanor. The doctors at Walmart Pharmacy are also nice, adding to the overall positive experience. I checked the website for hours of operation and lunch hours before driving across town to pick up my prescription on my lunch (half) hour. The website said they are open, and no lunch hours are listed. I went through the drive up first, no one responded so I assumed the drive up wasn’t working. Then I went into the store and the pharmacy was closed. No signage, just closed windows. Ashley has always been very helpful to me. She is great at customer service and is always kind and caring. She’s also very patient with cranky people.
Extremely rude pharmacy staff. Every time I use the drive thru pharmacy the staff member is rude, deadpan and has no personality whatsoever (especially the blonde woman, Jackie). They talk like they're annoyed and I'm taking up their time even when it's just a drop off. Please hire competent people who give a damn about their job and other people. 😒
