I checked the website for hours of operation and lunch hours before driving across town to pick up my prescription on my lunch (half) hour. The website said they are open, and no lunch hours are listed. I went through the drive up first, no one responded so I assumed the drive up wasn’t working. Then I went into the store and the pharmacy was closed. No signage, just closed windows. Ashley has always been very helpful to me. She is great at customer service and is always kind and caring. She’s also very patient with cranky people.
Extremely rude pharmacy staff. Every time I use the drive thru pharmacy the staff member is rude, deadpan and has no personality whatsoever (especially the blonde woman, Jackie). They talk like they're annoyed and I'm taking up their time even when it's just a drop off. Please hire competent people who give a damn about their job and other people. 😒
