Prescriptions are almost ALWAYS delayed for whatever reason, they never answer the phone and you have to physically go up there for answers
They will send a notification that your medicine is ready just to make you wait for them to actually get your medicine ready, their unprofessionalism in this regard is unacceptable and needs to be corrected, ASAP
No one answers the phone at Walmart or the Pharmacy Department!
My mom went to doctor early this morning on Christmas Eve. Cause you’re not going to be open tomorrow. Now she don’t get her meds and she has strep throat. U need to get more help or better help. Witch ever one. Cause no one ever answers the phone either. Your pharmacy I would not recommend to any one at moment. My mom is reslly sick and we did our part. And yall did nothing
