This is a great team of people. Amy, and everyone has been a God send. I am very thankful for this pharmacy location.
I travel between CDA, Idaho and Kansas City, MO every year for several months at a time. Today, it was time to refill my meds and the process to do so was a bit more complicated than usual. My refills were at zero and to transfer my meds to another Walmart in Idaho for pick up, they have to be authorized for refill/renew in Kansas City first. I went in last week for my children’s medications. The doctor said they needed to request the refills. I told the very rude girl this because she acted as if she was put out for having to do her job. She allegedly put in the requests. I called the doctor today because my kids are one day from being out of medications they cannot skip a day on and there’s been no request!!!!
