Fast, friendly ,informative conversation. I was able to get my question answered without any problems on phone. However txt messages were not helpful as they were misleading. Thank you to the team member who told me what was going on. Good communication is key to customer/business relations and continued partnership. I didn’t like this pharmacy prior , however I will keep an open mind.
