My husband needed his insulin Rx TRANSFERRED from another walmart pharmacy. After assistant was on hold over 20 minutes, the pharmacist got on the phone and took care of it all the way to checking us out.
They gave me someone else's medication. Luckily I read it before taking it. This is probably one of the worst things a pharmacy can do.
If you don't like your job, get a new one. Super rude and unprofessional. It's funny that the more the problem is walmarts fault, the more rude they are. A customer should never be left on hold for over 10 minutes with no check-ins to assure I wasn't forgotten about. And your tone, atrocious.
