For the bad reviews, I don’t know if things have changed or others went on a bad day, but I’ve had a great experience here last month and today. The techs were friendly both times, incredibly helpful, and Jessica is amazing. She took my call today checking stock of my meds, and she also gave the consult. I actually really appreciate how this pharmacy does a consult before handing off your meds, and it moves fast. The pharmacists and technicians here are great––kind and caring. My kid's meds were delayed because of an issue unrelated to Walmart and they called me personally to let me know. They are always friendly when I'm there and they do a good job giving vaccinations too.
Noone wants to work, how in the world is customer service be close 4pm 3/7/24. Bunch of lazy people.
I would never give my business to this location's pharmacy department in detail Jessica needs to do better with her skills in empathy which she lacks in wholeheartedly. Will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere. Corporate should look into how they treat their employees at this location
