I don’t know where this Walmart found their people?…however we were so blown away I had to take a minute to write this review. Had 2 recent and wonderful/ extremely helpful pharmacy and tech experiences in the last month! I can’t recall the tech’s name (but wrote her up a great review off of the receipt). And now, just spoke with pharmacist, Carrie…who went above and beyond and was quick to find us an alternative, and another Walmart pharmacy for our script. THANK YOU! They deserve top pay!!
Terrible customer service. They incorrectly filled a script that had a discrepancy between the instructions and quantity. When I called them to ask them to correct it, they refused and said they don’t have time to call doctors or request a new script. The night manager, Carrie Hall (sp?) was extremely rude and never apologized. I have never had such rude, disrespectful, incompetent service at a pharmacy.
