Very professional and cordial staff. I've never had even a hint of a bad experience with them.
Very bad management (the same in Walmart). I have been very unhappy the way they have managed my prescription. I had to go to the pharmacy to finally find out that they hadn't ordered prescribed medication, they were out of stock. They called me several times then, finally telling me that if I was unhappy, I could switch to another pharmacy. How nice: they do not do their work and try to get rid of a client. Of course, I will switch.
I arrived almost past 7pm but my fur baby did need that medication. The pharmacists there do not have the responsibility to be waiting there but they gave mercy to me. Thanks a lot!
Just a nightmare to get ahold of them. Even driving there to try to talk to a human is ridiculous bc there is always a wait. Very poorly managed.
