They're always running behind and the line goes on forever. In my opinion they're impersonal.
The pharmacist Catherine is extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked simple questions, she began talking over me and hung up on me when I asked her to stop raising her voice. RUDE.
Tonight there was no line.But the workers are always nice .
My wife and I just went to the Dothan Walmart (southside) for our flu shots. The Pharmacist MICHELLE was so polite and helpful as we were trying to figure out which vaccinations we needed other than just the flu shot. MICHELLE went down each list and pointed at which vaccinations that we needed at our age. Her personality, politeness and patience is something that we don't see much anymore, especially at retail stores. Thank you MICHELLE for making this experience such a positive one..
I have been using this pharmacy while in town. The service has been good.
