Michael was the pharmacist I dealt with at this location. Highly recommend doing business elsewhere. Steer clear of this pharmacy that does their best to make transactions as difficult as possible. After getting my doctor office to reach directly out to this pharmacist he proceeded to tell me they hadn’t even started filling my script and that it would be an additional 15 minutes. Not the type of service I’ve ever received at a Walmart pharmacy.
This pharmacy is the best pharmacy I’ve been to. They are quick and efficient as well as friendly. Others have been slow with communication and less willing to offer standard discounts on prescription medications. I recommend!

After having much difficulty with a smaller pharmacy, and extremely poor customer service from Walmart Shrewsbury pharmacy I switched to Maplewood. They have been professional, courteous, kind, understanding, and if there's a problem they do their very best to solve it. Unless I have to, I'm going to stick with this pharmacy.
Amazing customer service! I was waiting for a Walgreen’s pharmacy to fill my baby’s prescription for her croup and stridor. I needed the prescription asap. After hours of waiting for an update and trying to get ahold of someone at the Walgreen’s pharmacy on the phone with zero luck, I reached out to this Walmart pharmacy.
