I am very disappointed with the service I received at this store today. Between 6:40 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., I needed assistance in the cosmetics department to have the perfume display case unlocked. I used the assistance button several times and waited between 15 and 20 minutes, but no one came to help me. In addition, I went to the checkout area twice to personally request assistance, and I still did not receive any help. They never answer the phone. You can call first thing in the morning or at off hours and it just rings and rings till it hangs up the call on you. The lines are always ridiculous and you'll wait around two hours if you're lucky for a script that was "ready for pickup".
I had such a great experience at the Walmart Pharmacy on West Waters Ave. Magaly was amazing - so patient, professional, and kind. She spent over 40 minutes helping me sort out an issue with my insurance and tracking down a medication that had been misplaced in the system. Thanks to her persistence, I was finally able to get my prescription, which was really urgent. I’m so grateful for her help and the whole team there — they truly care about their customers.
