If I could give this a 0 star I would. I was standing in line, the only one in line. Had been there before they closed, and as it was my turn to get my 1 year old sons medicine for a double ear infection, they literally told me “I’m sorry we closed at 7. Please come back tomorrow” even though I was there in line already.
I am truly concerned by the demeanor and verbally abusive behavior from the head of the pharmacy department to staff. I’m also concerned about patient safety as he had at least one pharmacy tech trainee work Immediately after surgery as well as hospitalization for acute respiratory failure, WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE that this individual was on controlled substances for pain DURING A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME due to both hospitalizations.
