Yall this was truly the best experience ive had a pharmacy before. I never got her name but she had long black curly hair and she was so lovely. I told her that i had a flight soon and needed to get going and she took care of me. i knew my prescription was gonna take a little but she got me in & out. im so thankful for her.
One cashier in the pharmacy is always hateful and on a power trip. She is bad news to deal with in person and on the phone it was a whole new adventure in sheer aggravation!! She is highly invested in being right, does not allow herself to be constrained by the facts and has the People skills of a pitt bull. only two days after notifying me that my Rxs were ready I got a txt that it was my last notice to come and pick them up. Called the day before to confirm my insurance information, and make sure the medications were ready for pick up. Was told everything was good and ready to go. Go in the next day, no medications ready. Even calling ahead to avoid these issues, does absolutely nothing.
I got two messages stating one price for my medication and when I got to the pharmacy they told me a price over $50 more expensive and there was "nothing we can do". I'll be transferring my prescriptions from this location to elsewhere from now on.
The people are friendly but they can never find anything I’m always waiting more than 5minutes it’s ridiculous
