I usually have no issues with the Walmart pharmacy. But last evening we went to pick up insulin for our diabetic cat and we walked up to the window, the lady put in our information and my fiancé explained it’s for our cat. She rudely stated they were closed now and told him he needs to call in to get it filled. Called my medications in for the past 2 months, and to see what was available for pickup. I have been without 2 of my prescriptions for 2 months because they claim to “not have it available for refill” despite my doctor sending the refills. The man on the phone always takes a while, and I have to ask about each prescription individually.
