I waited 10-15 minutes while the one customer in front of me asked questions. There were 4 or 5 other pharmacy technicians who could have opened a second lane. Very frustrating
I switched to Walmart pharmacy and have been amazed at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and their quickness. And if you call them, you actually get to talk to a human in a short amount of time! Thank you!
Horrible people. These guys are the absolute worst. Extremely rude and poor service. They make you wait forever and get mouthy when you say or ask anything. I do not recommend this store AT ALL!
Have used this pharmacy for 4 years. Came to get my son his asthma medication because he is having trouble breathing since he has been sick with the flu. They said it was $15. I asked if they ran both insurances because he has 2. And she rolls her eyes and exhales like I’m asking so much. She ran the second one and it came back $0 After I asked if they had any Covid/flu tests behind the counter, she said no. So I asked if there a chance she would be able to get me one.
