I was on hold for 30 minutes very unprofessional at answering phone, when I called hold please and , nothing than phone Is answered and again can ya hold wow I finally hung up bad service I will go to Walgreens...
I spoke with a pharmacy tech a few days ago and she was so kind and helpful. The 2 stars are for her. Today I spoke with a different tech that was so rude and condescending despite being ill-informed and incorrect about what he was trying to argue with me about. Very rarely do I interact with someone lacking people skills so severely. He was also not the pharmacist, he should not be giving medical advice.
I was picking up prescriptions thru drive thru which I’ve done before never had an issue before. First they have the sign closed which they weren’t closed because the sign next to window shows open until 7pm on Saturday so that’s not okay if drive thru is open they should have sign open. Well they finally find prescriptions didn’t ask for ID which I thought was odd then they send me paper to sign take my money and tell me I have to get off to get prescriptions no receipt or anything just mid transaction.
