I really don’t understand what’s happening at this Walmart. I was one of seven people standing in line waiting to check out. Half of one side of the self-checkout area was closed and reserved for Spark drivers, which is completely fine and understandable. What I don’t understand is why there were six employees standing around talking to each other while customers continued to wait in line. We’ve all been in a situation where dealing with medication can be at times, difficult. Weather it’s because our physician has made it that way or the pharmacy…. but tonight, Ryan made everything incredibly easy for me. I personally feel like he went above and beyond to ensure that I had an easy time transferring my medication over.
