Excellent staff.
Only person in line at the front desk. Workers looked at me, said nothing (they're busy, understandable). Wait a few minutes. Phone rings, it's instantly answered and the person helped. Wait more, person gets in the line next to me. They're helped. Wait more. Nobody acknowledges me. I left. So I with to Smith's Pharmacy. Got instant help. Looks like Smith's has got me as a customer from now on.
I went to pickup a prescription today and the woman told me it would be $310 and that my insurance wouldn’t pay for it and would only allow a 14- day supply instead of 30. I called my doctor who was confused because it’s a very common and generic prescription and they sent me to another pharmacy who filled it no problem for $5.
I have experienced ridiculously long waits at the drive through here multiple times, and even for stuff as simple as getting a prescription refilled. Also they claim that prescriptions will be in stock in “1-2 days” then when contacted, they say the medication is out of stock.
