Stop using Walmart pharmacy a long time ago. Was just going to use this one time because I had a good Rx. First they didn't fill the prescription because it was over a 1000.00 but didn't call or text me to tell me. Than proceeded to tell me about the over the counter drug. Not a chance to explain why I wanted the prescription one. The lady also said they were to busy to call and let me know. Rude and not caring about the customer's needs. I have to use this pharmacy temporarily for 2 new prescriptions through the department of veterans affairs. They are the closest pharmacy to me and I do not have a car and can't drive. Their contract through Tricare was cancelled for some reason. They repeated this to me four different times However, I don't use Tricare. For whatever reason they didn't know the difference between Tricare, the VA and triwest community care. I had all the coding information for them to correct and they still couldn't fix it.
