I use to get my prescription at this location I moved so I started getting my prescription at a different location. Anyways I went to ER last night my prescription got sent to this location. I drove across town to pick up my prescription. The guy automatically stated my total to pay. He didnt ask if I had insurance like they usually do. I told him I had insurance. He ask for my card which I didnt have because I never need it. He said he couldn't look up my insurance. He didnt even ask who I was insured with so assume he didn... read more
Everytime I submit a refill they take forever! I tried ordering early to see if they could have it ready on time and they said it was too soon and that prescription still ended up being late again! Why can't they just refill a prescription and have it ready on time!
