It was great here the first couple times, but now it has been going downhill. They told my doctor the wrong information on the pick up date so I had to drive up here for nothing… Along with several other occurrences that just equal them not paying attention.
Inability to understand how Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance cards look and how that system works, I understand. Untrained, unfamiliar situations happen. To tell me twice that you close in 30 minutes and convey the obvious attitude that I’m an inconvenience to you… wonder when the great conveyor belt of crappy service that is Walmart replaces you with a self serve kiosk like they did the cashiers… personal service is unfortunately not the priority. Without your convenience, your pharmacy is worthless… sending my prescription... read more
Would NEVER RECCOMEND!!
The people here are always friendly and professional. Great service and never a long wait. I've been getting my Rx filled here since they opened years ago, and I think there has only been one time they were out of one of my medications in all those years, and they were still able to get it to me the next day.
