Please ensure to throughly communicate with your customers.. especially when it comes to medications you no longer fill. I shouldn’t have had to call to question why my meds were “pending” then they weren’t. Because of this, I missed a weeks worth of medication / getting through CVS. My daughter was diagnosed with a UTI and got a script sent over for antibiotics. I waited 2 hours after leaving the doctor to get it because I just knew it wouldn't be ready for awhile. I got there and I was told that the script dosage seemed too high for her. They called the doctors office but didn't get anyone. I told them I would come back when they texted that it was ready. No text 3 hours later. I went to call, closed. So now my kid has to wait until they open tomorrow morning before she can even start her meds, maybe. ... read more
Dr. calls in a prescription after surgery and they won't fill it before you come in. They will push it off so you have to be there in person before it's fill. Unacceptable.
