My daughter was diagnosed with a UTI and got a script sent over for antibiotics. I waited 2 hours after leaving the doctor to get it because I just knew it wouldn't be ready for awhile. I got there and I was told that the script dosage seemed too high for her. They called the doctors office but didn't get anyone. I told them I would come back when they texted that it was ready. Dr. calls in a prescription after surgery and they won't fill it before you come in. They will push it off so you have to be there in person before it's fill. Unacceptable.

You will ALWAYS wait 30 minutes for your prescription pickup. If you ask why you’ll get screamed at instead of communicated with. Update: And they WILL notify your doctor and try to change the story. Luckily, I had already talked to my doctor, and could show her THIS review the day of 🤷♂️ nice try manager lady
