Horrible service. Rude pharmacist. Rude technician. The pharmacist made my gf cry by yelling at her and telling her she calls too damn much. They kept her from getting her pain meds. We're not all drug seeking people! You have no right to speak to a customer like this. He even filled in at another pharmacy and did the same thing to her. If you would do your job maybe we wouldn't have to call multiple times. If anyone in management sees this, since when is ok to yell and humiliate a customer. Please ensure to throughly communicate with your customers.. especially when it comes to medications you no longer fill. I shouldn’t have had to call to question why my meds were “pending” then they weren’t. Because of this, I missed a weeks worth of medication / getting through CVS. I’ve worked really really hard and I just peaked on my meds. Now, it’ll take 2 weeks for them to balance me back out. Not 1 call. Not 1 text. Not 1 email. My daughter was diagnosed with a UTI and got a script sent over for antibiotics. I waited 2 hours after leaving the doctor to get it because I just knew it wouldn't be ready for awhile. I got there and I was told that the script dosage seemed too high for her. They called the doctors office but didn't get anyone. I told them I would come back when they texted that it was ready. No text 3 hours later. I went to call, closed. So now my kid has to wait until they open tomorrow morning before she can even start her meds, maybe. ... read more
