poor customer service – Wal-Mart does have low prices, but having become such an enormous entity and a common household name, this company has forgotten the true meaning of customer service. The quality of some of their products has declined and forget any kind of assistance if you are looking for something in particular, you are lucky to get someone that knows where the pencils are.
