Wasted my time driving across town to find out they don’t accept tap to pay
I had a pretty rough experience with another Walmart Pharmacy staff member, but Michael completely turned it around. He swooped in with his professionalism, empathy,and five-star customer service. He not only helped fix the issue but made the whole experience so much better. He’s just as great in person, and honestly he’s the main reason I’d keep coming back to that pharmacy. GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!!!!!!! AND FAST!!!!! Michael, just know there are people waking up every day wishing they could be like you
First time I’ve ever gone to a Walmart pharmacy, I was turned away from another pharmacy because of incurance, but found out they took my incurance here, I did a walk in to see if I could get some immunization shots, everyone was very kind and explained everything well to me, service was pretty quick and they made me feel comfortable while getting 4 shots, and they were very informative, they did great 👍 although I do not have a opinion about the medication side of things since I do not order my medications here.
Any and all walmart pharmacies are truly the worst places/people you could come into contact with. It's always a problem, an attitude and angry that you show up to get your prescription... which is literally their job. I understand it is probably frustrating to deal with the annoying customers, but that is in any field. The best decision I ever made when it came to mine and my family's prescriptions was find a family owned pharmacy. It's truly like night and day. I dont dread going in anymore!
