So tried calling multiple times the week of the 28th July and everytime I called they would put me on hold and hang up then when I finally was able to talk to someone they got mad because I kept calling back um excuse me you hung up! Not to mention you couldn't fill a prescription on time and waited til August 4th to fill it from the 28th of July 🤦♀️ I get pharmacies are busy because of Rite Aid Closing, but I mean you are playing with people's medicine like that is not good...
The head pharmacist is useless. We switched insurance and they wouldn't prescribe important medicine "because she didn't feel comfortable". News flash it's up to the doctor not you.
I’ve always used Rite Aid or CVS in the past just due to location, but when I needed a medication that was out of stock, I switched to this Walmart pharmacy. These guys will show you how a great pharmacy experience is SUPPOSED TO BE! Not only do they always have my medication which is out of stock everywhere else, but the staff is so nice and friendly, and always happy to help with any questions you have. Deff 5 stars from me (:
