My prescription was called in on Monday from the Dr. I received a text from Walmart Pharmacy on Thursday afternoon that it was ready for pick up. When l got to the pharmacy they said they hadn't filled it because insurance would only pay for 30 days and my Dr. Prescribed 90 days. They told me it would be ready later that night. We didn't get back till Saturday and when l got there, they said it wouldn't be ready till that night. This is poor customer service!
Staff is always so friendly and helpful.
We switched to Walmart pharmacy during Covid and have absolutely loved it. My family picks up over 15 prescriptions a month with multiple being a schedule 2 medication and we don't have any pharmacy related issues with any of them. The one time I did have an issue I addressed it with the manager and they were understanding and said they would address it, which I do believe they did as I didnt have any further issues.
