Hannah was so helpful with choosing the correct glucose monitor for me as I’ve never had to deal with gestational diabetes before. She took me back in the room and showed me how to use it correctly, going over all the instructions and setting everything up. I really appreciated her care and time for me answering all my questions and making it easier on me during a bit of a stressful time in my pregnancy. Walmart needs more employees like Hannah! Thank you
Doctor sent antibiotics for my son on Sunday after hours. When I show up Monday morning they said they needed more time. When I came back around 12:50pm they said 10 more minutes. After getting in line 3 times and being told 10 more minutes each time I finally got it at 1:40pm if you need a convenience pharmacy this is NOT IT! They were checking out meds for their own staff instead of working on the clients meds. (4 other ladies had the same experience with me)
Dennis the pharmacist was rude and acted as if he could care less about transferring prescriptions from Concord store to Locust store. I gave him Rx numbers, drug and dose info. Concord store address from picture of Rx bottled. He wanted phone # and acted clueless on how to obtain phone #. Had been on phone with him 15 minutes and he put me back on hold to find phone # for him. Crazy a doctorate prepared person is so clueless about customer service.
