This is the best Walmart Pharmacy I have experienced in years. I have been a regular for about eight years now. I have always experienced kind, courteous staff from front to back. I actually look forward to coming back because their service is so refreshing.
This pharmacy has had a mini makeover. Ian is still the pharmacy manager thankfully. He really cares and takes the time to help you. The pharmacy technicians have really stepped up their game. I’m not sure if it’s the new scenery or what but I’m really happy the attitudes are gone. Even when I have a terrible attitude, they are patient with me. Zoe needs to be fired incredibly rude !
I was asking about an over the counter item and zoey was rude she need to learn how to talk to customers better . I hope her boss is able to talk to her about her attitude
Pharmacy personnel need better people skills. They cut you off when talking. Don’t let you explain and very slow. I had wait 28 minutes. Then go 35 minutes just get told to wait another 20 minutes more to enter the insurance. I could not wait so I left. I need to check other pharmacy options.
