Never ever got my medicine on time. Have to wait at their line for 20+mins without anybody front of me. Their system never updates. Even when you received a message said it's ready, they would tell you they don't have anything in system. Wasted time! Worst place!
This pharmacy used to be good . Mai the pharmacist used to work here all the time is very helpful and nice. Now the manager hired new staff that seemed to have a don’t cared attitudes. They need to bring back Mai.
I have been coming here for years just to the pharmacy. The pharmacists are so caring and helpful. One time when I couldn't afford my drug they looked up to see if there was a way to reduce the cost so that I could afford it. They found a coupon applied it and I was able to afford the medication. This has happened more than once. I wouldn't want to go to any other pharmacy than this one because of the excellent pharmacist's and staff!
I wish I could rate zero star for this pharmacy. Don’t go! Don’t go! Don’t go! The staff is not professional at all and they might kill you, seriously. I brought my father to have a vaccine this morning. There came an Asian American male pharmacist with glasses. He insisted my father was not relaxing his muscles enough while his bending my father’s arm in the pose as shown in the picture below. Ur, well, who can relax in that pose?
