Bad customer service. Regular employees are in vacation and the ones working today are so bad! Never in the last 12 years I had such a bad experience.

Alex made sure and did everything in his power to have my prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy and filled same day. The other pharmacy is incredibly difficult to work with and he was the most on the spot and polite person to have had the pleasure to talk to on the phone.
