I would normally never review a pharmacist or pharmacy however it’s very ridiculous to be given the 3rd degree when you go to pick up a medication that your doctor has prescribed to you especially when it’s only a short term medication. I seriously wish this pharmacy would do better or hire better staff. If I had another choice of pharmacy to use I definitely would. I don’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
The staff is VERY unprofessional including both pharmacists.! They need a LEADER in this Pharmacy as they are all followers.! I have frequent ear infections and I get prescribed steroids and antibiotics..Today the Pharmacist came over to educate me on how to take steroids and antibiotics.! Unnecessary information and held up the lady behind me for no reason.! The lady working DT with dirty blonde hair needs Customer Service training. She wears a smug. I only get my generic Mucinex D there so I've not alot of experience using that pharmacy.
