Three weeks into a runaround about how they cannot fill a prescription and to try calling back later in the day, or the next day, or two weeks from now.
Was just in there- to pick up my medicine. I was humiliated. I have a HSA account over 5K in my account. Tried 8 different times to use card Been using it for the last 2 years at other Walmart Just moved to this area. the pharmacist is nice but seems to only be nice to certain staff . There is two workers there that are absolutely rude I don’t know how they still have a job Rene and Maggie . Everyone else is amazing at the pharmacy . I really like the girl that’s always at the counter I believe her name is Shannon .
I showed up to pick up my script at 1:45pm on a Tuesday and they were closed. Nowhere did it say that they close for lunch. There were no signs explaining why they were closed. Their hours online said they were open. Nobody could tell me why... Also, they used to fill scripts same day, but for the last couple months it's taken over 24 hours to get scripts filled. I'm not sure what changed.
