Pharmacists are very nice, but they are frequently out of stock. Options are very limited when this happens. Very inconvenient when you have two sick kids that need very common antibiotics.
I’ve had 2 different prescriptions that they could not fill. Both were deleted from their system without notifying me or contacting provider. When I called I was told they never received the prescription . Only when the provider called was she notified that her prescription was deleted as they do not carry that drug. Update: About 2 weeks after my first review I needed to refill an antibiotic ointment. I requested this on line and was sent a text response saying it would ready the next day at 3:30. Extremely disappointed with medication information policies. Pharmacist wouldn’t fill script because it was wrote incorrectly. Also wouldn’t tell me what was wrong with the script. Had to call my doctor to have them call the pharmacy. Pharmacist actually said she wouldn’t tell me what was wrong with it because I might go outside and “fix it”. So incredibly insulting.
