Horrible customer service. For some reason, some of the workers there believe that customers go there for handouts.
The pharmacist as well as technicians are GREAT here. They are always knowledgeable and helpful regarding any questions or concerns. They treat their customers with respect and kindness. I’ve had horrific negative experiences at other pharmacies and I would recommend anyone to switch to Walmart. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff on hand at the Marlton location.
My husband just changed his prescription plan and now uses the Walmart in Marlton pharmacy. The entire staff and pharmacists have been absolutely wonderful including servicing our needs including quick phone pick ups, callbacks and quick to refill any medication, especiallySTAT medications and if needed contacting our physicians. I highly recommend this pharmacy!
