I've dealt with all the chains in Grand Rapids over the years. I've been dealing with Walmart Pharmacy for a few years now. Far and away the best Pharmacy experience in town. Always professional, always courteous.
LOVVEEE the Walmart pharmacy & the staff that work there. I have never had a bad experience here. The people are always kind, respectful, & willing to answer any questions I have about any medication. There is one man there, I can’t remember his name now, he is the most kind person I have met. He always talks to my kids, & makes them feel like people. He always has a smile on his face. When I go back, I’ll grab his name to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves.
Called again to refill the script and the automated voice had to put me through to a real live person this time to take my information. What a Great update to a System that didn't need updating!! Just tried to call in a script refill only to find out (hear) that they have changed things, not for the good of the customer. It used to be that you could leave the script number, and chose a time to pick it up. This was anytime of the day or night.
