I am the type of person that usually avoids Walmart at all costs, but today three kind pharmacy workers might have changed my mind. I did not have a choice when CVS was out of my child’s medication. I chose to transfer it to this pharmacy because I have had success with their supply before and the pharmacist said over the phone they had it in stock. I called in to the pharmacy to ask a question, was asked to hold which I responded "sure no problem". The response was a surly "oh ok", then she hung up on me. Someone with that kind of attitude should be no where near customer service. I'm not sure what she thought I said but they need to be reevaluated either way.
