You can’t have a line of customers who’s been standing in a line well over an hour and once the customer reaches the register you literally turn them around and tell them you closed 20 min yet didn’t inform anyone that was in line just standing there with one customer service rep! It would be no stars
This is the worst pharmacy I ever was. Associated with. They will not pick up the phone, even though it might be 9 o'clock in the morning. How can I call in a prescription? If they don't pick up. I am looking for a new pharmacy.
Call in is not filled according to time frame. Staff conversing excessively while customer wait for service..The lack of slow assistance with evening clerks.
Walmart on two notch pharmacy has an amazing pharmacy tech called PJ . Her work ethics is absolutely outstanding and amazing. She is efficient, acknowledges you and time conscious .
