Every single time, it takes 24-36 hours to get a prescription. Why???? I requested the refill for seizure medication at 9:30 yesterday morning. It had refills on it. No authorization or confirmation to a doctor required. It should have been filled yesterday. I should have been able to pick it up after work yesterday. Now it says not ready until 2:30 pm today??? How is this acceptable???

Some medicine they don't want to give intensionally. They said it doesn't cover by the insurance i have to pay, but I tried another pharmacy, and they gave it by same insurance. They intensionally lied because they wanted to sell from their counter. It's not a good thing it could have an impact on the customer and insurance company
