We fill most of our prescriptions here as well as our dogs. I find that the prices are usually the cheapest in the area, and the wait is very quick. I like that they have the option for drive-thru in case you don't need to run into the store for anything. I like the people who work here...they are polite and always go the extra distance to help you in terms of using benefits, working with your insurance, and recommending options if something isn't quite working out for you insurance-wise. This pharmacy is the worst!! However I will say Gene has always been kind and helpful. The girl tech that wears glasses is absolutely rude. I needed vacation override for BP medicine she literally told me " they have done it to many times for me and they won't be doing it again " I'm sorry my BP medicine was not adjusted and had to go up In dosage and you had to go out of your way for override. Isn't that your job?
This Neighborhood Walmart Pharmacy is absolutely the BEST!!! Excellent Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs that are always very knowledgeable, helpful, caring, courteous and efficient. Medications are consistently in stock. Have used other pharmacies in this area prior, but none can match the customer service that this Neighborhood Walmart Pharmacy provides! Can either pick up/drop off inside or drive-thru convenience.
Where to start? From techs that do not know the difference between another pharmacy technician and a pharmacist. To techs that do not speak English, it gets frustrating. If you fill a prescription for any controlled substance they will ask you why you need it every month yes EVERY MONTH. Very slow service, out of medications a lot. Mess up the prescriptions that doctors send in all the time so double check it.
