three separate occasions i have called to refill my medication (it requires speaking to a pharmacist i cant use the automated system) and i have been put on hold, for over 10 minutes, and forgotten about. i eventually hang up and call back and there is no hold, they just literally forgot about me. dont bother calling them
A woman named Hannah helped me this afternoon, and I didn't wanna come into the store. Because I had a sore throat and wasn't feeling well and she went and got exactly what I needed over-the-counter. Medicine wise and was very sweet and didn't even second-guess it whenever I asked her to, because I didn't want to come in and risk getting anybody else sick. So she should be given a raise repatti.On the back of the bare minimum, she's very sweet and very kind for doing so.
Hannah, and i hope im spelling this right so it goes to the right person was VERY helpful, and did a great job on trying to help me resolve an issue eith my insurance and she went out of her way to help me. She got the issue resolved in a timely manner, and no hassle on my end. I highly reccomend this pharmacy with Hannah, and i will continue getting my prescriptions through this pharmacy!
Update: not sure why but this pharmacy has gone downhill since 2024. Avoid if possible. I think Walmart corporate changed a lot of the refill policies, if you want your meds refilled on time, go to another pharmacy. Fire that Kyle Kinnard VP of Walmart health and pharmacy. The decisions he made is what's causing all this.
