The best in the business!
The staff at the 1400 N Walton Blvd Bentonville pharmacy have been great, but especially the tech Chase. They are absolutely phenomenal with their customer service and making a patient feel taken care of each and every time I call or visit the store in person. Most places, staff feel rushed or unengaged, but this location is doing it right! I can't recall the other staff's name (Mona maybe?) Today I had an unnecessarily negative experience with the female pharmacist that was on today, 4/5. She was rude and demeaning. She asked a question and I answered what the MD has had us do for 5+ years and she was hateful in her response, implying I was 1) poorly managing my child’s care(she sees her specialist every 3 months and gets blood draws every 6 to monitor the levels that medication corrects and she’s been therapeutic for years) 2) that I was stupid(I am an ICU nurse and more than familiar with every medication my ... read more
Great people and very helpful but need to accurately portray their hours online. Getting there to find out they completely shutdown at 1:30pm is pretty annoying. I understand people need breaks but figure out how to stagger it.
