This Pharmacy is by far the best that I've dealt with of all. Professional Service. Not too bad of a wait time considering the number of people they have to serve. You can have your doctor Order ahead online, it will be waiting for you when you arrive. They notify by text when your prescription is ready if you have to get it same day.
My bad experience at this place. The reception was terrible. The receptionist was very eccentric and racist. Another person had to come help me because the receptionist didn't want to. Terrible service. She asked me if they didn't like that job,
This Walmart on Frederick in Portsmouth, Va has. Loses their drive up window. Something that helps someone like me who has difficulty walking and standing. They never have any electric carts available. This has at least 10 people in line waiting for the pharmacy. Plus I have to mainly use their delivery as I can’t shop for myself here. But my delivery had to be cancelled as they were 4+ hours late and would have left on my doorstep the next day while I was running to vets, doctors and yes, pharmacy. Worst place to try to pick up insulin from. Lie about their delivery times and try to delay filling your prescription even if you’ve paid out of pocket before without insurance and can pay again.
