The pharmacist there Eli is very rude, pompous, and arrogant. I was getting a medication for a friend since they are in the hospital being discharged. Eli said he had to get the doctor to write the RX differently. It was close to closing mind you. He then informs me he got the Dr to change it and told me come tomorrow and closed the gate on me. Julian in the Pharmacy department is very effective and resolves the issue better than anybody else who works at the pharmacy anyone else will leave on hold for 20 minutes plus !
So I've been using walmart pharmacy for a few years just the last few months it has went down drastically every time I have problems with them not doing there job correctly when Eli the manager is there which hadn't seen him in awhile this Rita lady is a joke she see's the problem and just ignores it they really need to replace her I'm charging pharmacy and she's one of the main reasons why
They did a good job of getting my medications transferred from a couple of pharmacies out of state. The service was good as well. I noticed that a few of the techs were not as responsive as others. Nevertheless Justin, the person that helped me was exceptional. Justin went above and beyond to provide me with the service that I needed. There was a problem with one of the medications.
