I would give ZERO stars if I could. This conroe location is the WORST!!! They KEEP delaying my son's med refills, making him sick from starting and stopping a medicine! If its a recurrent medicine needed, WHY ISNT IT IN ROTATION FOR ORDER ALREADY?!?!? And omg The tech that answered the phone (a man) was the rudest tech I have ever spoken to! He was so rude, did not want to hear me and kept talking over me and then put me on hold for almost 15 minutes to talk to someone else (after waiting to even have someone answer at all).... read more
If you think you are gonna be able to call and get ahold of anyone, guess again. I called, someone answered and said “hold please” I waited on hold 20 MINUTES!! So I chose to hang up and call back, well guess what.. they were at lunch. Ummm so you put me on hold to go to lunch? Gee thanks for the absolute amazing customer service. NOT! Worst pharmacy ever.
Walmart needs to hire competent pharmacy technicians. Can't believe the lack of customer service here.
Pharmacy as bad customer service over the phone the lil Mexican girl with tats and some black girl the only and I mean ONLY lady who actually helped me and was very helpful with patience is the white lady I believe she was white from her voice anyways she was the only helpful one and I appreciate her everybody else seemed so irritated and rushy. I live in Conroe. The pharmacy just called and told me that because I go to a doctor in Houston that they refuse to fill my prescription for my degenerative disc disease medication that i need so that I'm able to continue to be able to walk. This is ridiculous for them to say that. Don't use this pharmacy.
