Filled a prescription I specifically called and put on hold. I sent a friend to pickup my other medication and they conned my friend into buying the med I didn’t need, made excuses when I called to complain, and refused to apologize. Cheap place? Yes. Place of competent employees? NO!

Wendy the pharmacist on duty was rude and unhelpful. I called my prescription in and it said it would be ready along with no indication anything was wrong. I received no phone call nor text that there were issues. When I showed up, they said it needed prior authorization which does not make sense because it was not a new prescription and was simply a refill of previous ones that would have already been authorized….hence why they had “refills”.
