Polite, quick
Wendy the pharmacist on duty was rude and unhelpful. I called my prescription in and it said it would be ready along with no indication anything was wrong. I received no phone call nor text that there were issues. When I showed up, they said it needed prior authorization which does not make sense because it was not a new prescription and was simply a refill of previous ones that would have already been authorized….hence why they had “refills”. Called my script in and was promised it at a specific time. I showed up at the window a few minutes past the time I was promised and the script was not don't. I waited in store for more than an hour went back to the window and the script still not ready.. after long wait times the script was not ready when promised. Poor time management!!
