1st of all , I was put on hold for 5 minutes when I called at 9:05 am . Then when the women finally came back on the phone , I explained to her that I was a former Rite Aid and was looking for a new pharmacy and needed to check to see if the carried to certain pain medications because I suffer from chronic pain . When I told her what the medications were, she said that my doctor would have to call in order for her to give out that information ! What was she thinking ? The staff are always very helpful. They address me by my name when I come in. They work very fast when you are picking up medications. If I request a fill while I’m there, I get a text saying it’s ready as I just walked away! They are very efficient. I usually don’t have problems with medications being in the store. They keep everything well stocked. Thank you Wallmart Pharmacy!!!
I called before i came to make sure they would take a paper prescription and that they had my sons medication they daid yes so i canceled my order at my pharmacy because they couldn't ell me when the medicine wouldbe there and drove all the way out to this pharmacy just to find out the exact opposite so thanks for wasting my time and now adding days to the time that my son will be without his meds great job
I've been struggling to find my medication anywhere recently as it is back ordered due to manufacturing issues. The staff at the Walmart pharmacy have been nothing but helpful and nice. They even faxed my doctor for me to tell them that the medication was out. I was able to find a solution with my doctor and the staff remembered me and said they were happy I got my medication. I appreciate their help a lot as it is very stressful to not be able to get a medication that you need.
