This pharmacist could not care less that even though I was scheduled to pick up my depression medication on that day and my regular pharmacy had a fire the day before and was closed, she mocked and said they go by the month….as in a month is done by every exact day…even when there’s 31 days in the month. 1st of all , I was put on hold for 5 minutes when I called at 9:05 am . Then when the women finally came back on the phone , I explained to her that I was a former Rite Aid and was looking for a new pharmacy and needed to check to see if the carried to certain pain medications because I suffer from chronic pain . When I told her what the medications were, she said that my doctor would have to call in order for her to give out that information ! What was she thinking ?
