Victoria is always very snappy and short with me. Will ask me to spell my last name and when I get 3 letters in will interrupt me and ask "date of birth?" With a huge attitude. Not sure what her issue is, but everytime she waits on me , she seems like she hates me or is in a horrible mood. Debbie on the other hand is always so nice, kind, helpful, and polite.
