I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years to pick up medicine for my family, they been nice and I understand that they are busy, but it would help if they could be more professional and know their stuff when working, because I got asked if I take the medication, when I told her before, that I was picking up the medication for my mom. So she should know that the medication was for my mom and not for me. Also they asked me why she was taking it. Worst pharmacy in Arlington Hands down!!!!!!!!! Customer service Sucks. Came to pick up medicine that was called in ,got there I was told it wasn't ready and won't be till Sunday. Gave them til Monday and still wasn't ready. Had to wait over 20 min. Go somewhere else People. 1 Star is too Many!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My wife went to the pharmacy, only to get told no to her medicine that she needs for her heart transplant. Very poor customer service for the technician and the people who work there. A HEART TRANSPLANT RECIPIENT told no for her medicine. Sad.
The workers are always rude.I understand it can get busy and stressful but if you can’t maintain professionalism at the same time maybe get another job. After being on hold for the longest to be connected the lady answered and hung up. We call again and she answers and she immediately wanted to place me on hold and got defensive and aggressive because i asked her if she was actually going to put me on hold or hang up.
I have used them for years, but I was disappointed when I got in line at 6:29. And they all, the girls who handle the cash registers, just looked at me for awhile. Then after about ten minutes, they asked me if I had been helped and I was like you know I haven't, but yea need to drop off, and she said, "yea, it's too late, we close at 7." Whew!
