Completely incapable of filling prescriptions in a timely manner, even going as far as lying about contacting doctor's offices for refills. Completely unable to move people through the checkout inside or in the drive-thru. Techs are not knowledgeable and some are outright rude. Thought I would update to say they are worse than 4 years ago. They do not fill prescriptions, just delay delay delay. Then you call and their game is putting you on hold until you give up. Poor customer care ,rude girls atleast be professional even if its time to close.
I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years to pick up medicine for my family, they been nice and I understand that they are busy, but it would help if they could be more professional and know their stuff when working, because I got asked if I take the medication, when I told her before, that I was picking up the medication for my mom. So she should know that the medication was for my mom and not for me. Also they asked me why she was taking it. Worst pharmacy in Arlington Hands down!!!!!!!!! Customer service Sucks. Came to pick up medicine that was called in ,got there I was told it wasn't ready and won't be till Sunday. Gave them til Monday and still wasn't ready. Had to wait over 20 min. Go somewhere else People. 1 Star is too Many!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My wife went to the pharmacy, only to get told no to her medicine that she needs for her heart transplant. Very poor customer service for the technician and the people who work there. A HEART TRANSPLANT RECIPIENT told no for her medicine. Sad.
