Corporate needs to get this pharmacy the staffing it needs. We have issues with almost every Rx we have filled and I can pretty much guarantee it stems from being chronically understaffed. Im 3 days without meds because they cant keep up.
Severe pain. 3 months ago my refill was not ready the day it’s supposed to be. This time it’s past 90 days, I am in tremendous pain, and they are saying 1 1/2 more weeks. Currently looking for a pharmacist that cares about helping patients.
