I transfered pharmacies from CVS in Pleasantville to this Walmart pharmacy and I couldn't be happier. What a difference! Chasity answered the phone with a welcoming greeting and was such a pleasure getting me squared away. She answered every question I had and ensured that my Rx were transferred over, and also took the time to check and see that my insurance was on file. The staff is awesome & never have any issues… like ever! The old pharmacy I went to lost my prescription and many other mistakes. This one always gets it right, and even more so they are so friendly and willing to help run coupons and insurance again :)
I went to pick up my prescription today. Your clerk at the register Crystal was extremely rude and unwilling to assist in checking out three items for me besides my prescription. I was rudely told by your clerk to go get checked out at another register. I’ve never had any of the staff be this disrespectful to a customer and say I’ve always been able to check out a couple additional items. I’ve been a loyal pharmacy customer for ten years. I will be considering switching pharmacies because of this experience.

I am so disappointed. The pharmacist was extremely rude. She wouldn't even allow to explain the situation. Extremely unhelpful!
