I had a great experience today. The lady helping me went above and beyond to get things figured out when my prescription coupon wasn’t going through. She called the doctor’s office to get the info needed for me to use the coupon and save hundreds of dollars. I was so grateful for her help and that I didn’t have to try to do it myself.
