This Walmart pharmacy does its best. The staff is friendly and tries hard to help customers. They provided helpful advice on how to use Walmart+ to get medicine more quickly. Most of the time, they do a good job. Some days they are a bit slow, but that happens
Lucy, the pharmacy technician, consistently interacts with me with a distant demeanor. She rarely offers a smile, which gives me the impression that she is not fond of her job. Whenever I call the pharmacy, she answers the phone only to immediately place me on hold for an extended period. When she finally responds, her tone lacks patience, making it feel as though she is rushing through the conversation. BAD
